...my boyfriend call me early in the morning to tell me that he thought he had food poisoning and has been sick the whole night so he wouldn't be going to school. Feeling bad, I went to school anyway. I am in the Future Educators program and teach a 3rd grade class at an elementary school. I was taking attendance and the teacher told the students to come with their "cards they made for our substitute teacher for Mother's Day" to show me. I continued to take attendance and the teacher told the students to hold up their signs to show me. When I realized that it said, I was ecstatic.  Each student held up a different sign reading, "Will you go to Prom with me, yes or no?" Then my boyfriend, who supposedly had food poisoning, came in with a huge bouquet of flowers to wait for my giant "YES" reply. It was amazing!
